We do not collect payment information on this site. Donations and membership dues are processed entirely by Square, and gifts to the Rotary Foundation are processed by Rotary International, each through their own secure, external pages.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- •Confirm your RSVP and notify club organizers of attendance.
- •Review and process membership applications and follow up with you.
- •Send the club newsletter to subscribers who sign up for it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services We Use
To run the site, we rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- •Sanity — our content management system, used to store form submissions, event information, and club content.
- •Mailchimp — manages newsletter subscriptions and sends newsletter emails.
- •Vercel — hosts the website itself.

This site links to external websites we don’t control, including Square (for donations and dues), Rotary International, Rotary District 6400, DACdb, and our Facebook and Instagram pages. Any information you provide on those sites is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Data Retention & Security
We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably needed for club administration purposes, such as processing a membership application or maintaining event records. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the information below. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
